I've noticed that I'm get alot less Tech 2 components in general. I believe next patch that we'll no longer get Tech 2 components from our agents, rather we'll get simple reactions and stuff. The POS'es will have ability to churn out Tech 2, but...

Unless you have access to Officer loot in 0.0, be it in a complex or rare spawn OR have access to faction loot you might as well do Level IV missions in a 1.0. Although next patch the agent rewards are being slightly adjusted. -- "There's isk ...
